On the outside, you may be keeping life together… work, family, responsibilities. On the inside, it can feel very different: drinking or gambling more than you’d like, living with constant anxiety, or feeling worn down by major life changes. You’ve managed a lot already, yet the same patterns keep pulling you back.
Therapy offers a space to work through this without judgment… to make sense of what’s happening and discover healthier ways forward. Progress isn’t about being perfect… it’s about building small changes that add up over time. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I welcome you, wherever you’re starting.
I’ve dedicated my education and career to reducing stigma and shame and to supporting people struggling with addiction and related challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and bring over 15 years of experience as an individual therapist, group facilitator, and supervisor to graduate-level clinicians.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. I focus on creating an environment where you feel heard and understood, while also identifying your strengths. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that have kept you stuck and explore new ways of responding… opening up options that lead to real, sustainable change.
Making progress is like climbing a ladder out of a deep hole. Each step gives you more strength and perspective. You already have what it takes to begin… we know this because you’re here, looking for help. That’s the compass worth following. If you’re ready, I offer a free consultation.
